EXODUS Phase 2: a transition turn

EXODUS Phase 2. Dear players, we are currently in turn zero, the transition from Phase 1 to Phase 2. You therefore have a chance to fill gaps in your Phase 1 activity retroactively. You can even lay out almost the entire sequence of decisions and orders for the days that have passed. Each of you was sent an online link to a personal spreadsheet that you can and should edit. If you didn't receive it, let me know. This concerns China, North Korea, Brazil, India, Scandinavia, and the EU in particular.
